What the numbers tell you, and what they do not
Tool counts are a rough guide at best. One vendor may expose a single tool with many options where another exposes five narrow tools, and counts taken months apart describe different releases.
A more useful question is what an assistant can finish without a person switching to the dashboard: publishing and verifying content, diagnosing a device, changing a schedule, or answering a reporting question.
